Aylin: The Story of Tom is an atmospheric single-player psychological horror game in which you take on the role of Tom — a father searching for his daughter, Aylin, after a series of dramatic events connected to her treatment.

His search leads him to an abandoned hospital cut off from the outside world, where it quickly becomes clear that the place is hiding far more than it seems. The player explores dark corridors, discovers documents and traces of the past, solves puzzles, and gradually uncovers the truth about what happened to Aylin.

As the story progresses, the journey also leads into underground tunnels and older parts of the complex, where the danger becomes increasingly real. The game focuses on atmosphere, tension, exploration, and environmental storytelling through clues scattered throughout the world.
